Capital Partners Insurance & Financial Services Inc. ("Capital Partners," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Our Terms of Use govern your use of the site itself.

We are an independent insurance agency licensed in Florida. We do not transact insurance in states where we are not licensed.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a premium estimate, send us a message, apply for a job, or give us your information at an event, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you provide one;
- the types of coverage you are interested in, and any additional detail you give us about that coverage;
- your current insurance carrier, if you tell us;
- anything you write in a message, notes, or "anything else we should know" field — please do not include Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, or medical or health information in these free-text fields; if we need that information we will collect it directly and securely;
- for job applications: your cover letter and the résumé file you upload (PDF or Word), including whatever employment history and contact information it contains;
- where a form asks for your consent to be contacted, a record of that consent — what you agreed to, when, and from which page.
Information we collect automatically
When you submit a form, we automatically record your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We use these only to prevent automated abuse of our forms, to enforce submission rate limits, and to investigate misuse. We remove this technical information from our records after 90 days.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not use advertising pixels or session-recording tools. Our web fonts are served from our own servers. The only third-party service that runs on our pages is Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from automated abuse and receives your IP address and basic browser signals for that purpose. Our admin staff sign in with a session cookie that is set only for them, never for visitors.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and present premium estimates and coverage options, to place and service coverage, to answer your questions, to consider your job application, to follow up with you about the products and services you asked about, to prevent fraud and abuse of our website, and to keep the records that Florida and federal insurance law require us to keep.
If you gave us permission to contact you by phone or text message — including by automated means — we use your phone number for that purpose. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by telling any Capital Partners representative, or by emailing info@capitalpartnersinsurance.com. We will honor a text opt-out within 15 days, as Florida law requires, and will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
5. How long we keep it
- Premium-estimate requests, contact messages, event leads, and job applications (including the résumé file) are purged after 24 months from the date you submitted them, unless the request is converted into a policy or an employment relationship.
- The IP address and browser information recorded with a submission: 90 days.
- Records relating to a policy we placed for you, or to your employment with us, are kept for as long as Florida insurance law, employment law, and our carriers require.
When a retention period ends we delete the record, including any uploaded file.
6. Your choices and how to reach us
You may ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through this website. Email info@capitalpartnersinsurance.com or call (386) 672-2827. We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and we will honor it within 45 days. We may need to keep some records that insurance law requires us to keep; if that applies to your request we will tell you what we kept and why.
You may also ask us to stop contacting you, or to stop contacting you by a particular method, at any time.
7. Our privacy notice as a financial institution (GLBA)
As a licensed insurance agency we are a financial institution under federal law. Our handling of your nonpublic personal financial information is governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and by Rule 69O-128, Florida Administrative Code. This section is our privacy notice under those rules. We provide it here, at the time a customer relationship is established, and annually thereafter for as long as you remain a customer.
Nonpublic personal financial information we collect
Information you provide on applications and other forms (name, address, phone, email, date of birth, the property, vehicles, or business to be insured, and your current or prior coverage); information about your transactions with us and with the carriers we place coverage with (policies, premiums, payment history, claims); and, where an application requires it, information from consumer reporting agencies and other third parties such as motor-vehicle records, claims-history databases, and property inspection reports.
Information we disclose, and to whom
We disclose the categories of information listed above only as the law permits: to the insurance carriers, wholesale intermediaries, and premium-finance companies needed to obtain, place, service, renew, and pay for your coverage; to the service providers named in section 4, which process information on our behalf under agreements that restrict their use of it; to consumer reporting agencies and inspection vendors in connection with an application; and to regulators, auditors, and others as required or permitted by law. Each of these disclosures falls within the exceptions in Rules 69O-128.014 through 69O-128.016, Florida Administrative Code, for which no opt-out is required.
Former customers
We follow the same practices for former customers as for current customers.
Affiliates and joint marketing
We have no affiliated companies with which we share your information, and we do not participate in joint marketing arrangements. We do not share information from consumer reports among affiliates under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Your right to opt out
We do not disclose your nonpublic personal financial information to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or any purpose outside the exceptions described above, so there is nothing you need to opt out of today. If our practices ever change so that such a disclosure is proposed, we will send you a revised notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt out under Rule 69O-128.011, Florida Administrative Code, before any disclosure is made. You may register an opt-out at any time by emailing info@capitalpartnersinsurance.com, calling (386) 672-2827, or writing to Capital Partners Insurance & Financial Services Inc., 298 S Nova Rd, Suite F, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, and it will remain in effect until you revoke it in writing.
How we protect your information
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal financial information to the employees who need it to provide products or services to you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and Florida regulations to guard that information (see section 10).
8. Job applicants
We use the information in your application and résumé only to evaluate you for the role you applied for and for other roles at Capital Partners that may suit you. We do not sell it and we do not share it outside the agency except with the service provider that stores it for us. We keep applications for 24 months, unless you are hired, and then delete them, including the résumé file. If you would like your application deleted sooner, email info@capitalpartnersinsurance.com. If you need an accommodation to complete an application, call us and we will help.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@capitalpartnersinsurance.com and we will delete it.
10. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you give us, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, access controls that limit access to the staff who need it, private storage for uploaded documents, and anti-abuse protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account numbers through our website forms or by unencrypted email — call us instead and we will collect it securely.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be described at the top of this page for 30 days after they take effect.
