Submitting a form on this Site does not bind coverage and does not report a claim. Coverage availability, terms, pricing, and eligibility vary by carrier and are subject to underwriting approval. Descriptions of coverage are general summaries; the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of any policy are set by the policy itself and by the issuing carrier. If you believe you need coverage in force immediately, call us at (386) 672-2827 and confirm directly with a licensed agent — do not rely on a website submission alone.

The carrier contact numbers and links on our Claims page are provided as a convenience. They are maintained by the carriers and claims administrators, not by us, and we verify them only periodically. We do not warrant that any number or link is current or correct. Verify contact details on your policy documents or by calling us. Listing a company in the directory does not mean Capital Partners currently holds an appointment with it or that coverage is available through us. Claims against a Florida insurer that has been placed in liquidation are handled by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA), subject to its statutory limits and deadlines, not by the company. If you find an incorrect entry, please tell us.

The Site links to third-party websites, portals, and services we do not own or control, including insurance carrier claims pages and phone numbers, our client policy-servicing portal (operated by a third-party vendor), and our online bill-pay service (operated by a third-party vendor). We provide these links as a convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content, their availability, their security, or their handling of your information. Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

If you submit information to us through a form on this Site (including a quote request, a message, an event sign-up, or a job application), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You agree to indemnify and hold Capital Partners harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of information you had no right to submit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
